Warranty Policy

Timelss Kitchen & Stone warrants to the original purchasers that all the kitchen and bath cabinetries sold by Timeless Kitchen & Stone will be free from any defects both in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year. All dates are from date of possession. The warranty is expressly limited to replacing or repairing defective parts at Timeless Kitchen&Stone’s discretion and covers parts only, does not include labour for removal or replacement or restocking fee.

This warranty is only applicable to cabinetry installed by Timeless Kitchen & Stone. This warranty will become void if the products are damaged by misuse, abuse, negligence, alterations, acts of God, improper handling or installation, storage,assembly or disassembly of our products by others. The warranty is for parts only and will not extend to labour or features and conditions found inherent in the wood species style or finish attributes. This warranty also does not extend to defects caused by product modifications, exposure to the elements including humidity, sunlight or extreme dry heat which may result in warping or splitting. All the products must be used at residential condition which the relative humidity 35-55% and temperatures range to 17-24°C.

When you make a warranty claim, Please send damaged parts back for inspection or exchange. Timeless Kitchen & Stone reserves the right to alter product design, specifications and material without prior notification or obligation to incorporate such changes to products previously manufactured. The repair or replacements are contingent upon the current products’ style and construction which we are selling at the time you make a warranty claim. If components are replaced, Timeless Kitchen & Stone cannot guarantee that the finish of these replacements will exactly match the finish and appearance of the components in the residential application. This is due to the changes that occur during the woods’ natural aging process, affecting its color and grain.

Payment policy

Local order:

  1. After checking the design plan, we 20% deposit at the time you place your order.
  2. Pay another 20% deposit before measurement;
  3. 50% payment when you receive the products. (If the installation operate by purchaser or others, then 60% balance will be paid when you receive the products.)
  4. Pay the last 10% when the installation completed.

Dealers or Online Order:

  1. 50% deposit at the time you place your order.
  2. 50% before shipping out to you.

*Acceptable Payment Methods are Cash & Cheque (Cheque must be certified before purchaser picks up at warehouse)
**Credit Card users would be charged an additional 5% Service Charge
